Sedimentation agent for piling sand washing mud, drilling and piling mud wastewater is known for its high concentration, and there are generally two paths for the use of sedimentation agent in the drilling process. One is to increase lubricity, and to treat mud and wastewater sedimentation agents. In order to fully understand the use of flocculant polyacrylamide in the drilling process, first understand about drilling: mud must be prepared at the same time as drilling. When drilling, it is in a positive cycle. The mud enters the drilling hole from the drill pipe, and then the sediment in the hole is poured up together with the mud, from the mud hole of the guard tube flows into the mud pool, and then after precipitation, it enters the drilling cycle from the drill pipe. The role of mud is to form a layer of mud film on the hole wall during drilling to protect the hole wall and prevent the hole wall from collapsing. The treatment of drilling pile mud is essential,

1. If the specific gravity of the mud is large, the pile body will be clamped with mud.Especially in formations with more clay, due to excessive drilling and incomplete hole clearance, there are more large and small mud blocks in the hole. When the specific gravity of the mud is too large, these mud blocks will be hung on the steel cage or suspended in the mud. After the concrete is poured, part of the mud will be clamped into the pile body (If it is serious, it will be found that the integrity of the pile body is defective when doing a small strain test), and part of it is clamped with a steel cage, causing the steel cage to float, causing the quality of the supervision or the owner to pay attention. The most serious situation is to deform the top of the steel cage and cling to the duct, causing this root pile. If the watering fails, you can only re-drill the hole or waste the pile! Therefore, it is clear at a glance whether the pile is well laid or not after the foundation is excavated. The poor pile body is surrounded by mud, the concrete is isolated, and the edge of the steel bar contains dry mud wrapping, etc.

2. The specific gravity of the mud will affect the initial filling volume. The larger the specific gravity, the greater the initial filling volume. However, in the case of commercial concrete, the initial filling volume is not very important.

3. If the specific gravity of your mud is too small, it is easy to collapse. Therefore, before watering, the specific gravity of the mud is generally controlled between 1.1 and 1.15. When the specific gravity of the mud is close to 1.1, better duct sealing performance is required, otherwise, in the case of long watering time, the pile concrete will be affected to a certain extent.

4. Drilling piles are ever-changing, and the geological conditions in various places are different. Construction management personnel must master the local geological soil formation in order to effectively manage them. The various parameters of the mud are for reference, and the specific conditions are still determined on site.

Piling mud wastewater is always generated during the piling process. If it is not treated in time, the turbidity of the circulating water quality will affect the continuation of drilling. It is only sedimentation alone, and the speed is slow to keep up with the piling time. Only the use of rapid mud sedimentation agent to accelerate the precipitation of mud wastewater and timely filtration and transportation can solve the problem of piling wastewater treatment.
